Hi everyone! Today I want to discuss the picks I got correct and the ones I got wrong! So, let’s get started! I predicted that the Colts would beat the Texans 34-17, but the final score was 31-0 Colts over the Texans in a blowout and a shutout.  I predicted that the Buccaneers would beat the Falcons 29-23, but the final score was 30-17 Buccaneers over the Falcons. That was a pretty close prediction there! I predicted that the Eagles would beat the Jets 28-13, but the final score was 33-18 Eagles over the Jets. The Jets made the game a bit interesting, but later on, it got a little bit out of hand for the Jets. I predicted that the Cardinals would beat the Bears 31-16, but the final score was 33-22 Cardinals over the Bears. The Cardinal’s defense was outstanding because they forced 4 turnovers and all of them were 4 interceptions and those picks gave the Cardinals offense a great starting field positions inside the Bears territory and scored about 23 points off the turnover. The quarterback Kyler Murray threw two touchdown passes to the wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins in his first game back and the running back James Conner who made a great one-handed grab that looked to be a little high. Hopkins was also back on the field as well. Murray also ran for 2 touchdowns on the ground. Those touchdowns were enough to win the game. Now, I would say you do not want to give your opponents any life especially against really good teams. A defensive lineman Dennis Gardeck knocked over the kicker and it cost a penalty of roughing the kicker. Luckily, that did not change the game, but this is something that you cannot do and I’m sure he knows it. I predicted that the Rams would beat the Jaguars 37-16, but the final score was 37-7 Rams over the Jags. Wow!!! I was 9 points over from being right!!!! I predicted that the Chiefs would beat the Broncos 27-24, but the final score was 22-9 Chiefs over the Broncos.

I predicted that the Vikings would beat the Lions 27-17, but the final score was 29-27. Guess who won the game?! The Lions have won their first game of the season by beating the Vikings scoring a game-winning touchdown! Well, I’m sure they are glad that their winning streak is over. I predicted that the Bengals would beat the Chargers 29-24, but the final score was 41-22 Chargers over the Bengals in a blowout. I predicted that the Raiders would beat the Football Team 33-21, but the final score was 17-15 Football Team over the Raiders. I predicted that the Ravens would beat the Steelers 31-17, but the final score was 20-19 Steelers over the Ravens in a very close game. The Ravens were so close to winning the game, but they could not quite get it. They made the good call, but they just missed it. If they did not miss it, then they would have won the game maybe.

I predicted that the 49ers would beat the Seahawks 35-24, but the final score was 30-23 Seahawks over the 49ers. This game was really crazy! The Seahawks faked the punt on the 49ers and they were not ready for it as Seattle got up to a 7-0 lead. Then, the 49ers came back and scored a touchdown to tie the game at 7 after their defense forced a turnover by forcing a fumble. Then, the 49ers defense sacked Russell Wilson for a big loss and forced another fumble Then, the Seahawks defense intercepted the quarterback. However, the 49ers got the ball back and they took a 14-7 lead and extended their lead to a 17-7 lead. In the second half, the 49ers return man fumbled the ball and the Seahawks recovered it. However, the Seahawks turned the ball over in the redzone. It popped right out of the receiver’s hands and in the arms of the defensive player that should have been a touchdown. But the Seahawks got the ball back and scored a touchdown to take back the lead over the 49ers after San Fran started to make too many mistakes. Towards the end of the game, the Seahawks were driving a keeping the clock moving to potentially put the game away, but they ending up fumbling the football in the redzone. Another turnover in the redzone! The 49ers then drove down the field to try and get into the endzone to tie the game or win the game, however they could not get in there and that was the game. I predicted that the Bills would beat the Patriots 37-34 in a shootout, but the final score was 14-10 Patriots over the Bills in a low scoring game and a close game. The Pats ran all over the Bills on the running game and yet they barely won the game. It probably should have been a higher score for the Patriots. Luckily, it was enough for them to win.

So, I have gotten 6 out of 12 picks correct! Now, let’s get to the week 14 picks, shall we?! The first game I will predict is the Saints @Jets game. I do think the Saints will beat the Jets 31-14. The next game I will predict is the Falcons @Panthers game, the divisional rivalries. I think this might be a good game. I think the Panthers will beat the Falcons 20-16. The next game I will predict is the Seahawks @Texans game. I think the Seahawks will beat the Texans 24-10. The next game I will predict is the Raiders @Chiefs game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Chiefs will beat the Raiders 24-13. The next game I will predict is the Ravens @Browns game, the divisional rivalries. I think this should be a pretty good game to watch. I actually think the Browns will beat the Ravens 23-17. The Browns were pretty close to beating the Ravens last time and I think that they will get them this time. The next game I will predict is the Cowboys @Washington Football Team game, the divisional rivalries. I think that this should be a pretty close game to watch. The Football does have a chance to beat the Cowboys, however, I do think the Cowboys are a bit better team and will beat the Football Team 26-20. The next game I will predict is the Jaguars @Titans game, the divisional rivalries. I think the Titans will beat the Jags 27-13 even though they might be banned up as a team.

The next game I will predict is the Lions @Broncos game. Before the game starts, the Broncos will be having an honor to support the death of Demaryius Thomas from yesterday. You will see everyone in the stadium and all the players, coaches, general managers stand up and listen to the words they are talking about a player. You may also get to see Thomas’s family in the stadium as well. Assuming that they will be there. It could be like a funeral. Now, I will make the prediction for this game. The Lions are coming off with their first win of the season against the Vikings. I do think the Broncos will beat the Lions 30-16. I think the Broncos want to win this game just for Demaryius Thomas. It would be making the Broncos fans and his family feel a lot better and happy. If they lose the game, then it might make them have a worse day and it would be sadder than yesterday. The next game I will predict is the Giants @Chargers game. I think the Chargers will beat the Giants 34-19. The next game I will predict is the 49ers @Bengal’s game. I think this should be a pretty good game. Both of these teams are coming off with their embarrassing losses last week. I’m going to give an edge to the Bengals over the 49ers 31-26. The next game I will predict is the Bills @Buccaneers game. I think this should be a pretty good game. I think the Buccaneers will beat the Bills 30-24. The next game I will predict is the Bears @Packers game, the divisional rivalries on Sunday Night Football. I think this may actually be a pretty close game. I do think the Packers will beat the Bears 28-17.

 The last game I will predict is the Rams @Cardinals game, the divisional rivalries on Monday Night Football. Both of these teams are coming off with their wins last week. Everything is at stake for both of these teams especially the Cardinals. If the Cardinals win this game, they will clinch the playoff spot. But first, the Cardinals have to come out and play really good football because the Rams are going to be a desperate team against the Cardinals. They remember that they got their butts kicked and they do not want that to happen again. They know that they must stop the Cardinals from winning this game. But they are just a little bit inconsistent. They are good at beating bad teams, but the good teams not so much and they have a real test on Monday. The Cardinals however have to keep focusing on themselves if they want to win this game. Now, the Cardinals at home are not playing as well as on the road and I think that needs to be fixed. Because what if you have a playoff game in your stadium. You don’t want to go to Green Bay, don’t you? No way!! So, the Cardinals just have to get off to a good start as usual, let the defense get on the field first, don’t beat yourselves, don’t get too many penalties, don’t give the Rams new life on offense, run the ball, stop the run, get everyone in your offense involved early, force some turnovers, make them one dimensional, pressure the quarterback Matthew Stafford who will have a new wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. Their defense will have a defensive player Von Miller. The Cardinals might be getting healthier on offense and maybe some on the defense and that’s some good news and the right time to do it. I think this is going to be a really close game to watch!! With all that in mind, I think the Cardinals will beat the Rams and clinch their first playoff spot since 2015 31-22. The Cardinals just need to come out and prove that they can be a dangerous playoff team.
