There has been a lot of buzz about Tesla’s new electric ATV and Elon Musk recently revealed more details about the all-terrain-vehicle’s release.
Musk said the company aims to offer the ATV as an add-on with Cybertrucks in 2021, CNN reported. No information has been released about the ATV’s price or other key features yet, but Musk offered a sneak peek at the ATV during a Cybertruck event in November, which showed off the vehicle’s gold color and off-road tires.
Any updates on the ATV?

We’ll aim to have it come out same time as truck. Two seater electric ATV designed to work with Cybertruck will be fun! Electric dirt bikes would be cool too. We won’t do road bikes, as too dangerous. I was hit by a truck & almost died on one when I was 17.

“We’ll aim to have it come out same time as truck,” Musk wrote in a Twitter post on Saturday. “Two seater electric ATV designed to work with Cybertruck will be fun!”
What’s cool about the ATV is that it pairs with the Cybertruck: Riders can steer it up the truck’s built-in ramp and plug it into the truck’s bed. It could be a great accessory to the Cybertruck for road trips and other driving adventures.
Elon Musk concludes by revealing the bed of the truck by debuting a Tesla ATV and having it driven on board. And he walks off. So I guess this is really it. Would you want to buy this? Would a current pickup truck driver buy this? See more at 11 @ABC7 pic.twitter.com/7vKsH2kciG

Musk also made it clear that there will be no Tesla road bikes paired with Cybertrucks due to safety concerns.
“We won’t do road bikes, as too dangerous,” Musk added. “I was hit by a truck & almost died on one when I was 17.”
