If you thought you knew Spider-Man, think again. Amazon’s upcoming Spider-Noir is flipping the script entirely, and the news that Nicolas Cage is leading the series has fans buzzing. Cage, who previously voiced Spider-Man Noir in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, is now bringing that dark, trench-coat-wearing, 1930s detective energy to live action, and the result promises to be unlike anything the Spider-Verse has offered before.

The series doesn’t follow Peter Parker. The show will embrace classic noir aesthetics, black-and-white visuals, smoky clubs, trench coats, but also offer a “True-Hue Full Color” option, blending old-school style with modern flair.
