Hi everyone! Today I have some important updates that I want to discuss with you guys about the Disneyland resort! So, let’s get started, shall we?! So, they have announced that they have released the dates to purchase tickets following the reopening of Disneyland So, the tickets will be selling next week. The admission will initially be available to California residents only, in groups no larger than 3 households in accordance with health guidelines issued by California officials. Here are some key dates to keep in mind:

1. On April 9, the current ticketholders can check available days for 1-day ticket types at Disneyland.com/Parks Updates.
2. On April 12, the reservation will be launched for guests who already had existing, valid tickets. The theme park reservation system will open no earlier than 8 a.m. PT. Guests can start making reservations.
3. On April 15, Guests WITHOUT existing tickets can start making reservations. Disneyland and Disney California Adventure ticket sales will resume no earlier than 8 a.m. PT.

If you have a Park Hopper ticket, you’ll have to pick which park you want to start in, then you can visit the other park after 1 p.m. that same day.

     Hours for both Disneyland and California Adventure will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Face coverings and temperature checks will be required.

Disneyland has also revealed which rides will be opening up and still closed when Disneyland reopens on April 30. Here are the rides that will be opening on April 30:

Reminder: Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel will reopen on April 29 with the Hearthstone Lounge, Craftsman Bar & Grill and Acorns Gifts & Goods.

So, there are some attractions that I like will not be open such as Buzz Lightyear’s Astros Blasters, Matterhorn Bobsleds, Finding Nemo Submarine, Mickey and Minnie’s house, Jungle Cruise, Storybook Canal, Golden Zephyr, and Grizzly River Run. That’s a little unfortunate, but at least most of our favorite attractions will reopen and I’m very happy to hear about it. You never know when the rest of the attractions that will be closed may end up opening up by the time I go back hopefully by the end of May! Maybe once I get my second dose on April 22, I will be very excited for days to come!
