Listen, a diva TAKES their time. We loved The Vampire Lestat‘s hit song “Long Face” so much and were so glad to be able to stream it on YouTube after its debut during Lestat’s visit to San Diego Comic Con in 2024. (A historic moment, truly. An event that The Vampire Lestat’s fans, the Fledglings, will be talking about for a long time.) But one major question kept popping up around The Vampire Lestat. When would be able to stream The Vampire Lestat’s music across ALL streaming channels? After all, what is Spotify even if it doesn’t have The Vampire Lestat as one of its many artists? If you asked Lestat, he’d probably say, “Just a sad green circle, darling.” But thankfully, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and yes, even SoundCloud are now streaming Lestat’s HIT single “Long Face.” We expect he’ll overtake Taylor Swift on the charts any moment now. Below, you can find the various ways to listen to The Vampire Lestat and “Long Face” on streaming.
The Vampire Lestat’s Hit “Long Face” Is NOW Available on Streaming
Yes, see “Long Face” below. And you can check out his artist’s page here. Here’s the message The Vampire Lestat left for his listeners on Spotify, “Since you’re soooo thirsty for it. Here’s Long Face, my beautiful unwell. 😘” Obsessed with him
Is The Vampire Lestat’s Music on YouTube?
Naturally, mon cher. The Lestat’s “Long Face” has always BEEN on YouTube. And it has crossed on million plays, thank you very much. But now it’s extra on YouTube, on The Vampire Lestat’s very own special page. Yes, he needs his own page, of course!
On YouTube, you can learn more about the creators of the piece. They include, “Producer: Daniel Hart Producer, Recording Engineer, Mixer: Danny Reisch, Recording Engineer: Max Lorenzen, Mastering Engineer: Howie Weinberg, Mastering Engineer: Will Borza.” A big congratulations to them on this exciting day.
Is The Vampire Lestat’s “Long Face” on Apple Music?
Naturally, diva, Lestat loves apples. In fact, there was no such thing as an apple, until Lestat took the first bite from the fruit of the tree. You can check The Vampire Lestat’s “Long Face” out on Apple Music, below.
The Vampire Lestat’s Music Is Also on iTunes, Deezer, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, and Tidal
Daniel Hart noted, “Long Face is the first song I wrote forThe Vampire Lestat. We decided early on to make David Bowie a big influence for Lestat’s musical style and persona, and there’s certainly some Ziggy Stardust in this song. But we chose Bowie not only for his glam era, but because he was a chameleon. Expect Lestat to change his musical colors throughout the season as well, as he discovers how to remain true to himself, and how to express that truth on stage every night.”
AMC
Meanwhile, The Vampire Lestat had this to add about his very first piece of music out in the world, “Long Face is the first song Daniel Hart ‘produced’ for my album. He decided early on to steal where he could from Bowie because he hasn’t had an original idea for five years now (is that his Green Knight score fading in the rear view?) As for Long Face, the bass should have walked down with the guitar at the end instead of pedaling on E. Predictable. Like everything Daniel Hart touches.”
Charmed, we’re sure. But hey, stream The Vampire Lestat’s song right now to give him a boost.
More About The Vampire Lestat‘s Plot
In addition to this release, The Vampire Lestat agreed to tell us more about the imaginary world where he is merely a TV series. Here’s some new information we learned about the plot of The Vampire Lestat:
In the new rock and roll centric season, the Vampire Lestat goes on an electric multi-city tour while being haunted by “muses” from his wild and rebellious past. As his band’s popularity and star power rises, so does Lestat’s influence over vampires and humans alike, leaving others to contend with Lestat’s power in the face of the Great Conversion, an unnatural surge in the vampire population. In addition to Reid, The Vampire Lestat stars Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, Delainey Hayles and Jennifer Ehle and is executive produced by award-winning producer Mark Johnson, creator, writer and showrunner Rolin Jones, Hannah Moscovitch, along with Christopher Rice and the late Anne Rice.
Of course, The Vampire Lestat will take inspiration from Anne Rice’s iconic novel, The Vampire Lestat.

— Interview with the Vampire Updates (@iwtvupdates) February 12, 2026
The Vampire Lestat will premiere this summer on AMC and AMC+. And we could not be more, as they say, seated. We also cannot wait for more music from The Vampire Lestat. So make sure to like, subscribe, and follow The Vampire Lestat wherever his songs are found. We are thirsty for his second single… And maybe a concert tour?!

PORTLAND, OR (February 12, 2026) – On February 10, 2026, Oni Press, the multiple Eisner and Harvey Award-winning publisher of groundbreaking comics and graphic novels since 1997, released First Freedom: The Story of Opal Lee and Juneteenth, the first-ever graphic novel dedicated to the history and origin ofthe Juneteenth holiday. This timely and topical 208-page biography chronicles the inspirational journey and resilient determination of Dr. Opal Lee — known as the “Grandmother of Juneteenth” — who spent decades in pursuit of one singular cause: to officially recognize American emancipation with its own national holiday. Ahead of its publication during Black History Month in February 2026, Oni Press is unveiling the very first preview of this historic and eagerly anticipated publication by acclaimed journalist, producer, and author Angélique Roché (My Super Hero is Black), artists Alvin Epps (I Survived Hurricane Katrina, 2005: A Graphic Novel), Bex Glendining (On Starlit Shores), and rising star Millicent Monroe, and colorist Damali Beatty with lettering by Alexis Bennett with Andworld Design.
First Freedom: The Story of Opal Lee and Juneteenth was created with the support and involvement of both Dr. Lee and her granddaughter, Mrs. Dione Sims, and is brought to life by three distinguished artists. Writer Angélique Roché who conducted in-person interviews with Dr. Lee and immersed herself in extensive research for the book. The ambitious biography, which includes back matter that provides more insights into Juneteenth’s history and the making of the graphic novel, will be released 46 years after Juneteenth was first recognized as a statewide holiday by the state of Texas, and five years since it was finally recognized as a national federal holiday. The book will also be published as part of a yearlong celebration of Opal Lee’s 100th year on Earth.
“This book tells our history in a way young people love — and it’s rooted in the truth,” said Dr. Opal Lee. “It’s a powerful tool to get them reading and learning.”
Born on October 7, 1926, in Marshall, Texas, Opal Lee grew up in a racially divided America and dedicated her life to overcoming the obstacles presented therein. A lifelong educator, Dr. Lee has been a community activist all her life, and she would take on the movement to celebrate and commemorate Juneteenth not just as a holiday, but as a symbol of comprehensive freedom for all people. The events of the book culminate in June 2021, when the then-94-year-old Dr. Lee sat in the front row as an honored guest at the White House as President Joe Biden signed the bill to make Juneteenth a federal holiday. Dr. Lee’s life personifies the fight for everyday freedoms that leads to lasting change – and as the Grandmother of Juneteenth says, “There is so much more to do.”
AngéliqueRoché writes in the book’s preface that, “I believe it is important to note that while this book gives ample space to the conversation of Juneteenth, Ms. Opal’s impact has been and continues to reach further than just the fight for a national holiday. Even before Ms. Opal chaired a Juneteenth committee or set her sights on walking to D.C., she had time and time again made herself a ‘committee of one.’ As a daughter, sister, mother, friend, educator, advocate, and activist, she has set out to accomplish tasks big and small. Guided by family legacy and faith, she continues to challenge the limitations others would place on us from the ordinary to the extraordinary. That is the story I set out to tell, with the sincere hope that in these words, pictures, timelines, and references, I’ve been able to capture even a modicum of her spirit and an iota of the vastness of personal power her life and legacy represent.”
“First Freedom: The Story of Opal Lee and Juneteenth is a testament to the truly inspirational courage of Dr. Opal Lee,” said Oni Press Editor-in-Chief Sierra Hahn. “The book is an essential read not only for librarians, teachers, historians, and activists, but anyone interested in American history, the power of activism, and the expression of personal freedom.”
Discover the life of an extraordinary woman’s path through contemporary American history and the rarely told true story of the Juneteenth holiday itself inFirst Freedom: The Story of Opal Lee and Juneteenth.

One of the best things about the John Wick franchise is that the meticulous, brutal action feels like a video game brought to life. Now, it appears we’ll get to go t’other way with it. Sony announced Thursday the Untitled John Wick Game for PlayStation 5 which looks like the perfect interactive representation of the world’s greatest assassin, or Baba Yaga if ya nasty. And in case you wondered, yes, Keanu Reeves’ face and voice appear in the trailer. We won’t go so far as to call it “breathtaking,” but it does look pretty rad.
This is just an announce trailer, and as yet the game doesn’t have a title. That is presuming the makers don’t just leave it as Untitled John Wick Game. The trailer debuted during the State of Play event, where PlayStation shows off its upcoming wares. With a new James Bond game and a Wolverine game both arriving this year, it’s about time Mr. Wick joined the violent third-person action game space. Tik-Tock, Mr. Wick.
Lions Gate
The official synopsis is as follows:
Created in collaboration between Saber, Lionsgate, and franchise director Chad Stahelski, the new “Untitled John Wick Game” will feature an original script set in the John Wick timeline, expanding on the franchise’s intricate lore with familiar characters fans already know, as well as completely new ones. Saber’s design will be faithful to the unique style and signature elements of the series, including a distinct gun fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, immersive driving experiences, and a variety of memorable environments, all crafted to make players feel like they are in a John Wick movie, playing the role of John Wick himself.
Honestly, what more would you want? Maybe the complete John Wick universe timeline?
No word yet on when the John Wick game will drop, but you can wishlist it now. Presumably it’ll arrive sometime between one month and 18 years. That’s just a guess.
